Working Principle
The Milk Storage Tank operates by utilizing a double-walled jacketed design for efficient cooling or temperature maintenance. The internal agitator (optional) ensures the milk remains homogeneous, preventing fat separation. For cooling models, the tank connects to a refrigeration system that circulates coolant through the dimple jacket, rapidly reducing the milk temperature to 4°C to inhibit microbial activity. The integrated CIP (Clean-in-Place) system allows for automated, thorough sterilization without dismantling the equipment.
