milk powder equipment
Milk powder equipment converts liquid milk or formulated dairy feed into stable powder through preparation, concentration, drying, cooling, and packaging. The correct equipment set depends on the raw material, powder specification, output, and hygiene requirements. Weishu Milk Production Line supplies configurable systems for dairy powder projects.

Core Applications of Milk Powder Equipment
A powder line should be planned as a connected process. Milk treatment, evaporation, spray drying, powder handling, cleaning, utilities, and packaging must be balanced to support product quality and efficient operation.
Milk Preparation and Concentration
Raw milk may be clarified, standardized, pasteurized, and concentrated before drying. Evaporation removes a large portion of water and reduces the load on the dryer. Tanks, pumps, thermal equipment, and controls should support hygienic transfers and repeatable solids content.
Spray Drying and Powder Recovery
A spray dryer atomizes concentrated feed into heated air so moisture can evaporate rapidly. Cyclones or filters recover fine powder from exhaust air. Product properties, inlet and outlet conditions, atomization, and airflow influence powder quality.
Cooling and Powder Packaging
Weishu Milk Production Line can integrate fluid-bed cooling, screening, conveying, storage, and filling. Powder-contact equipment should control contamination, dust, and moisture pickup. Packaging format and shelf-life targets should be considered during line design.
