Engineered for Maximum Nutrient Preservation in Milk Processing

From raw milk reception to high-temperature processing, precise temperature control is the foundation of dairy quality. Fully integrated into the **Weishu Milk Production Line**, our milk heat exchangers are designed with highly polished, food-grade stainless steel surfaces. These systems deliver rapid, non-destructive heat transfer that prevents protein scorching, preserves delicate fat structures, and lowers daily plant utility consumption.

Immediate Raw Milk Reception Chilling
When raw milk arrives at a processing plant from farms, its temperature must be brought down below 4°C immediately to stop bacterial multiplication. In the **Weishu Milk Production Line**, this crucial first step is handled by our highly efficient milk heat exchangers. Configured with a dual-stage cooling design, the exchanger first uses ambient well water to knock down the initial heat, and then uses chilled glycol to instantly drop the milk to storage temperature. This rapid cooling protects the raw milk quality from the very start and significantly reduces the electrical load on the storage silo's cooling jackets.

Precise Milk Pasteurization and Regeneration
To ensure biological safety, milk must undergo pasteurization (typically heating to 72°C–75°C for 15 seconds) and be immediately chilled. Achieving this cycle continuously requires substantial energy. Our milk heat exchangers within the **Weishu Milk Production Line** feature highly efficient regeneration zones. The incoming cold raw milk is pre-heated directly by the hot pasteurized milk flowing in the opposite direction. This advanced heat recovery design recycles up to 95% of the process heat, dramatically lowering steam boiler consumption and chilled water demands.

Ultra-Cold Chilling Prior to Sanitary Filling
Before entering the packaging or filling machines, pasteurized milk must be kept at an ultra-low, stable temperature (typically 2°C to 4°C) to extend shelf life and prevent foaming during high-speed filling. Our milk heat exchangers are placed directly upstream of the filling lines in the **Weishu Milk Production Line** to perform final, ultra-precise temperature adjustments. Equipped with fast-acting digital control valves, the exchanger reacts instantly to flow rate variations, ensuring that the milk is fed to the packaging station at a perfectly consistent temperature, which eliminates foaming and packaging downtime.
