Application
Our high-pressure dairy homogenizer is versatile enough for various industrial processing scenarios:
- Commercial Dairy Production: Prevents “cream lines” in UHT and pasteurized milk.
- Plant-Based Beverages: Stabilizes almond, soy, and oat milk to prevent sedimentation.
- Viscous Food Processing: Ideal for improving the texture of yogurt, cream, and ice cream mixes.
- R&D Laboratory Testing: Allows food engineers to simulate large-scale production in a controlled lab environment.
Features
- Adjustable High-Pressure Precision: Eliminate “uncontrollable pressure” risks. Our system allows for micro-adjustments to match the specific viscosity of your product, ensuring consistent results across every batch.
- Superior Emulsion Stability: Specifically designed to solve product layering. The 2 stage homogenizer ensures a uniform particle distribution that single-stage units simply cannot match.
- Sanitary & CIP-Ready: Hygiene is non-negotiable. Our 2-stage milk homogenizer features a “dead-zone free” design and is fully compatible with Clean-in-Place (CIP) systems to prevent microbial contamination.
- Industrial-Grade Durability: Built with high-wear resistant materials, addressing the common “durability doubt” in high-pressure environments. This machine is designed for continuous, 24/7 industrial operation.
How it Works
The science behind the 2-stage milk homogenizer involves two distinct mechanical phases:
- Stage One (Particle Shattering): The product enters the first valve under extreme pressure. As it passes through a narrow gap, it experiences a sudden drop in pressure, resulting in intense turbulence and cavitation. This forces fat globules to shatter into smaller particles.
- Stage Two (Dispersion): In a high-pressure dairy homogenizer, the second stage is crucial. It provides a controlled back-pressure that breaks up any clusters or “flocks” formed immediately after the first stage.
This dual-action process ensures that the micronized particles stay separated, providing a silky-smooth mouthfeel and preventing the separation that often plagues lower-quality dairy products.
